9:00 – 3:00 Registration:
Turn in your door prize (if you choose to bring one). Door prize drawings will be ongoing throughout the rally.
3:00 – 3:45 Meet & Greet & Announcements: Meeting Room - Brad Cottingham
5:00 11th St Cowboy Bar - Bandera, TX (http://11thstreetcowboybar.com/)
Bring your own steak to the restaurant and cook it yourself outside on a big grill. The restaurant provides the sides, table service and live music at no charge. The restaurant requires each patron purchase a couple of drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, or setup should you wish to bring your own bottle). This should be a fun event and was recommended by several local sources in Bandera. Currently schedule to perform is the Almost Patsy Cline Band (http://www.almostpatsycline.com/)

9:00-9:30 Sudoku Challenge: Meeting Room - Beverly Cottingham
Instructions for solving Sudoku puzzles. Work your puzzle at your own pace. The first person to turn in the completed puzzle wins a prize.
9:30 Egg Parade: Part 1
Go at your own pace. Please try to have a list of all your mods at your trailer. If you don’t want to show your trailer, no problem, you can still enjoy seeing the others.
OR
Enjoy the Area Attractions for the folks who don’t wish to participate in the Egg Parade.
12:00 Lunch: Meeting room available to bring your own plated lunch/sandwich, table service & drink for those who wish to do so. Thursday door prize winners will be drawn and posted on the bulletin board to be claimed before the end of the rally.

5:00 Potluck Dinner: Meeting Room
Bring: own table service; drink; dish of your choice. Bring a copy of the recipe for your dish
8:00 Let the Games Begin! Meeting Room
Bring any game(s) you wish to play. Bingo is legal at this RV Park and will be available for those who wish to play.

For any experienced or novice person who enjoys some good natured fun.

Meeting Room is available if you wish to bring your own plated lunch/sandwich, table service, and drink.

1:00 Poker Run: Meeting Room, - David and Rachel Funderburk
Registration Fee- $2.50 per person (Proceeds applied
to the Rally expenses )
The Poker Run consists of driving a predetermined scenic route and
picking up
playing cards at designated stops. The best hand wins First
Prize ( 50% of the
registration fees ). Second Prize is a solar or hand crank
powered flashlight-radio.
Return your cards to the registration desk by 6 PM. Carpooling is
encouraged.
This event is lots of fun !

Open topics, i.e. trailers, rally event, etc.
5:00 Hamburger/Hotdog Cookout: Barbeque Pavilion/Meeting Room
Grill your own burgers and dogs at the pavilion and bring them with your chips and drinks to the Meeting Room.
6:30 Final Door Prize Drawing
7:00 Music & Entertainment: Meeting Room - Art & Karen Conner, Mobile, Alabama
Art & Karen will delight us with the greatest music of the 50’s & 60’s.
They will also entertain us with a hilarious skit. This is an evening you will long remember!
